2005 ZX6R.

When I got the bike it had a small hole in the radiator. Small and not leaking. Now I got back from a ride and it had started leaking a bit from the top corner on both front and back by the looks, From the alloy fins. My preference would be to replace the radiator to not worry about it later. I have seen some on eBay from China for less than $200AUD which is amazing compared to the Kawasaki price of $1400AUD in Melbourne.

I've never changed out a whole radiator on any bike before so I'm not how to gauge quality online. I'm asking if any of you have?

Has anyone out there bought one of these from eBay?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the thoughts.

I have no experience from ebay chinese radiators, but from photos they look identical, you wouldn't know until you install and experience them for some time. It's the build quality that matters. If the aluminum they used will last or start leaking in a short time.

Someone who has used one should know better.

All i can say is that a friend of mine used some very good glue for metals on his 07 gsxr 1000 radiator and it worked perfectly.
Also, there are people repairing radiators.
