Does anybody know how to hand crank an 05 636, or can point me in the direction of an existing thread? thanks all!

no offence but wth is hand cranking? are you intending to stick your hands inside and hand turning the starter?

or using a lawn mower cable wrap it around the starter and rip on it hard? that could work....

he means cranking the engine over with a wrench or a socket. the cover infront of the clutch is what you want to pop open to find this

use a socket or wrench to crank it over probably a socket

I didnt find this as a solution to my problem. That bolt simply holds on the plate on my bike.

yeah. it just keeps tightening.

if the bolt is turned to the left and the wheel turns will that throw the timing off
