just buy the ebc hh sintered.

don't forget to sand off the rotors so they can wear in together with the new pads.

weak brakes for the first hundred miles is totally normal. do extra braking wherever you can, just don't rely on them too much and drive more cautious during that break in period.
OE pads are organic with sintered bronze, much like EBC HH pads

But yes EBC either HH or non HH (both have sintered bronze, HH have more) and you would be fine

And by "sand" I assume he meant scuff and clean of residue.....

Yea, don't use regular sand paper for this!

Quote (http://www.stoptech.com/technical-s...e-papers/-warped-brake-disc-and-other-myths): "Do not use regular sand paper or emery cloth as the aluminum oxide abrasive material will permeate the cast iron surface and make the condition worse. Do not bead blast or sand blast the discs for the same reason."
We always use sanding discs with the pneumatic orbital. It's not paper, it's the baked material like angle grinder discs have.

I use the toilet paper my wife buys, it is awesome for pre bedding in new pads.:O
