Decided to count the teeth on my sprockets today. It was suppose to be -1/+2 but its -1/-1. What would be the point in going down 1 in the rear? 05 636

-1 in the rear will make it smaller.. THUS!!!!!!!! a lil less torque. Probably unnoticeable

unless the sprocket has been fitted with the stamp on the inside :)
with that set up you may find that the chain come's in contact with the swing arm slider a little more...........

-1 on front = +2.5(ish) on the rear
-1 on the rear = -1 on the rear

overall = +1.5(ish) on the rear - so the bike is a little shorter geared than OEM. higher revs for a given gear, so good for trackdays and bend swinging - not so good for motorways......

Overall less torque on the rear wheel which will deaden the power delivery (low revs), also less anti squat (less lever on the swing arm) bike will wheelie more.

Most people go -1+2 but then you get the other combos like +3 on the rear..
