09-11 heel plates fit 07-08 zx6r?

Hi, my first post! but I've been lurking around quite abit. I've had my zx6r for almost month now and love the damn machine. I'm slowly cleaning it up as the previous owner didn't really take much care for it.

Just wondering if the 09+ heel plates will bolt straight on with my 08 zx6r? Mine looks quite scuffed and I've found some nice looking ones for the 09 model.

Also, I noticed that my high beam projector lens (not the plastic housing) is slightly cloudy/frosted compared to the low beams which look clear. Not sure if its normal but I noticed that my high beams are not as effective as they should be... They seen to light up the sides and sky more instead of further ahead of the road.
