I am currently in the process of finishing up the rebuild on my 2005 zx6r 636. I have everything plugged in where It should be. and upon cycling the key, I notice the 2nd throttle body isn't sweeping at all as it should. I don't know if this is because it hasn't started in 4 months because the motor has been out or if I need to recalibrate something. I haven't attempted to start it yet, as the fuel tank is still off. I have cranked it. But I don't want to try and start it until I know that they are working right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The previous owner had a parasitic draw issue from the ecu. So he just put a kill switch in that cuts power to it. Its not my favorite but I'm living with it.
If u really wanted to, you could wire up your ECU so the master switch will kill complete power to it. That way u dont have to worry about a separate “ECU power switch” everytime u hop on n off the bike.
