throttle issue

I need to pick your brains ppl. My track bike (09), when the throttle is applied, for example I'm in a hard turn braking to the apex and roll on throttle, it will engage, then stall then re-engage causing a disturbance and unsettling the bike. I disconnected the PCV quickshifter, didn't help...
