relocate

I'm the original owner. I have a after market exhaust and about 6 months ago my bike would stall out after about 40 minutes of ridding. I havent driven it much since and was hoping someone one has the answer of what to do. I tried insalating inside the compartment but havent rapped the pipe yet.

I've searched the forum with no luck. I'm sure its on here somewhere. When i purchased my bike the ECU was bad and wouldn't actuate the sub throttle body choking and preventing me from revving past 8k. Which i've noticed to be common on this model year. Yesterday on my way south a waise it...

I need to relocate my plate... Does this look real bad? Is it legal?
