bolt

Hello, I want to maintain suspension bearings but I have one bolt which is interfering with exhaust pipe. Please see attached pictures (the bolt is marked with red arrow). How to remove the bolt ? Maybe I need just cut it and put the new bolt ? To remove all exhaust pipe looks like to much job...
