One can only dream of it lol. AFM for sure this year though! Never going to get enough skill for a professional level, or money . I remember Shelina Moreda was riding circles around everyone at Laguna on an old bone stock cbr600 ( I think) and I could not keep up at all. That's when I knew I had less than no chance.

Yep, exactly...and if you say that name around the world, outside of the US, people will say "Who??"

Look at Elena Myers. Female. Young. Super fast. Finished like 5th in MA Superbike....and now she's nowhere. If someone like her can't get enough money to keep it going, then our chance is exactly 0.00% lol

COTA tickets are on sale now. Who all is going? I'm planning on it but I haven't decided what tickets yet though.

She has an '07 R6. And yep... she's quick!

One of these years wife and I will fly out there for this. We're planning a trip to Europe to visit family, etc. this year so it's not in the budget for this year. Have fun!

Make the trip around one of the GP or WSBK weekends somewhere in Europe. Not sure where you're going but I think any round at any of the European tracks would be a lot of fun. I went to Assen last year but just for BSB and it was amazing even though the weather was shit! I can only imagine MotoGP or WSBK would be even better.

We were gonna do that during our honeymoon which initially was supposed to be Paris > Rome via Zurich/Austria but her passport from Ukraine got delayed so we ended up just doing Maldives and South Florida.

We're both from Ukraine. Nothing within that time frame is close...Lemans is a bit far hah.

Brno would probably be the closest option, but I guess not timewise. I hope I get the chance to go to Europe again around the time of a GP or WSBK race so I can hit up one there. With my new job it sounds like I'll probably be going to germany once or twice a year. No idea if I get a say in scheduling that though...guessing not. Ideally I'd love to ride a world class track there, but that shit gets expensive!

Brivio's reply to Schwantz

MotoGP Interview - Davide Brivio (Suzuki): EXCLUSIVE

Crash.net:

Speaking of that, Kevin Schwantz had some strong words about Andrea's motivation in the middle of the season, suggesting he wasn't pushing hard enough. Was that fair? Did Andrea grow into the role of team leader?

Davide Brivio:

Andrea went through a few races in the season where he had a big frustration. For the reasons I've just said; the expectation from Andrea and from Suzuki were different.

So we were in a situation where we were all frustrated, all disappointed about the results. Everybody has his own reactions! But we just tried to keep working, understand and as I say I hope that now this time is over and we keep improving.

I can see Andrea - okay we are not yet where we want to be, but it looks like he now sees the whole project with more confidence.
