New Here

Hey! I'm Jam from Rhode Island. I currently have a 2010 Yamaha FZ6 S2 and I'm planning to get a more sportier bike. I've been a fan of the Kawasaki Ninja 600 and I'm leaning towards getting one maybe before the end of the year.

I Ride: '09 ZX6R
Welcome Jam.

My last bike before the ZX, was an '05 FZ6.

Hated the cheap suspension, and the horrendous turbulence from the fairing..... The suspension, I eventually fixed (thank you, GP Suspension). Never did get to a satisfactory solution for the wind noise off the fairing.

"Basic stuff fellas. Use your head for something other than to break your next fall."

Ian, pull the trigger. You will not regret it. These are tough well built bikes. Like any manufacturing company, Kawasaki and Ninjas have their own idiosyncrasies. But they are solid, logically put together. And unlike Honda & Yamaha, they don't change the part number every year/other year, but don't alter the part... just to charge you a higher price. Kawasaki's M.O. is 'if ain't broke, don't fix it.' Thus, one can more easily find spares/replacement parts.
