indexing spark plugs is a old school idea.
its been around for YEARS.
you need to put the plug in the socket and mark the top of the socket with a marker so you know the posistion of the spark plug tip.
bascially you want to turn it in to its home knowing where the tip is ...
you want to stop the tip so the open part of the tip is faceing the intake valves .
its tricky sometimes you need to take plugs out and switch them around to get it right.
but its a old school trick.
and all it does it make sure that the open gap faces the intake valves...
its supposed to prevent spark blow out and all this and even some ppl saw a increase in hp...very minor...but still
i do it to my car
