I Ride: 2005 ZX6-R
Spark Plugs

Hey guys and ladies i own a 2002 ZX6-R and I'm wondering if anybody has try the E3 spark plugs. Is it worth getting.

i just get stock ngk copper core cr9e i believe.

gap them right.

and if you really want to be hardcore...index them.

indexing spark plugs helps...for more hp.

Yoshi RS3 exhaust, K&N Intake, -1 +2 rear and oring chain, Dynojet carb kit, Factory Pro timing advancer, Rear lowering links 1" and front lowered 1", Rear Tire hugger, carbon fiber mirrors, smoke window, Aftermarket levers and grips and chrome bar ends, and wet NOS KIT. DYNOTUNE NOS controller. External 2nd fuel pump 250hp dynotune

indexing spark plugs is a old school idea.
its been around for YEARS.

you need to put the plug in the socket and mark the top of the socket with a marker so you know the posistion of the spark plug tip.

bascially you want to turn it in to its home knowing where the tip is ...

you want to stop the tip so the open part of the tip is faceing the intake valves .

its tricky sometimes you need to take plugs out and switch them around to get it right.

but its a old school trick.

and all it does it make sure that the open gap faces the intake valves...

its supposed to prevent spark blow out and all this and even some ppl saw a increase in hp...very minor...but still

i do it to my car

So NGK Laser Iridium is the way to go?

yes if you want to fork over the extra $$$ for them if not good ol ngk cr9e will work also.
