White smoke from front end

Hey All,

I've recently dropped my bike and now I'm starting to notice some white smoke from the front end around the radiator area. I can't pin point the where the smoke is coming from, but it's more apparent in the colder days. Nothing seems to be leaking or damage visibly. The smoke starts up once the engine warms up. Engine oil also seems to be a bit milky from the oil gauge lens. Could this be a bad head gasket? Any way to confirm or do more troubleshooting? Any help would be appreciated.

If the oil looks milky that is not a good sign, Look at underside of filler cap, if milky at least a change of oil is in order. I'm trying to figure out how dropping bike would make the oil and water mix. White smoke makes me think there is some sort of coolant leak. Immediate and complete investigation is imperative at this point. If you have coolant in the oil - bad. If you have a coolant leak - bad. I'm trying to remember where oil cooler is, possible to damage and let oil and water mix? Also the water pump and oil pump shaft have some seals that maybe could do that. Need more info, was it a hard drop? I dropped my 2014 twice at 0 mph with very little damage. Droped my CBR at 4 MPH and only scratched fairing.

Thanks. Bike did a flip off the start and landed on the handle bar which snapped off. Mainly the tail was damaged and rest of the right side fenders were scratched. There was some brake fluid leakage from the banjo bolt which I ended up replacing to fix it. Maybe some deposits of that burning off still? I'll try to investigate some more when I have more day light.

Fresh oil can't hurt.if a clip on snapped off, there's a good chance of radiator damage, or the coolant catch tank, a hose got loose....

How much oil and coolant have mixed is a critical deal. Change it and keep a very close eye on it.

I couldn't grab a photo of the smoke as it was too faint to show up on camera. I ended taking off the radiator cap and putting it back on too make sure it was tightened all the way. It looks like after that the smoke disappeared. I suppose it loosened up in the fall and I didn't bother checking earlier. Appreciate the help!
