That’s great to hear. There must be a defect in your 1.1 bar cap cause mine doesn’t do what yours does.

How much did you spend to get that cap? Bikebandit.com was like $40-50 plus shipping; seems a bit outrageous.

I was thinking “upgrade” as i’ve not had any know issues with the 1.1 bar OEM cap. I was just hoping the upgrade would be more economical. I know one can go to O’Reilly’s or perhaps AutoZone and get spare non-OEM caps for much less, just don’t know if they have a 1.3 bar unit.
