This is an Ohlins KA 5401 shock that came off one of my 09-12 bikes. Included is the upper clevis, which had to be mildly trimmed to provide proper clearance. Obviously it has the remote preload adjuster as well. Current spring on it is for a 190-200lb rider. I do not know the last time it was serviced, and honestly I would recommend getting it serviced for the simple fact that you should always put fresh suspension parts on your bike, and if you use a good suspension guy like Thermosman, they can put the right spring on for you at the same time.
Either way, this is a hell of a lot better than the pogo stick that Kawasaki calls a shock.
